Rails is not currently installed on this system. To get the latest version, simply type:
$ sudo gem install rails
You can then rerun your "rails" command.
上記のエラーに対するトラブルシューティング
rails newを実行しようとしたところ上記のエラーが発生した

を実行しても解決せず
